Team Management: Lead a team of telecallers to generate sales leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Balance Transfer, and Top-Up Loans. Provide domain training, monitor calls, and advise customers on suitable banking products.
File Preparation: Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to prepare mortgage files before submission to banks. Ensure all documents are complete and comply with the checklist requirements for smooth logins.
Bank Coordination: Liaise with banking RMs for logins, initiate legal and technical discussions, and handle post-login queries from the credit and underwriting teams. Ensure timely disbursements.
Lead Assignment: Assign new leads from the telecalling team to Loan Bazaar RMs after discussing cases with the business head for bank selection. Organize client meetings accordingly.
MIS Updates: Maintain daily MIS for case monitoring and progress. Conduct daily review calls with business heads and RMs to ensure strong follow-ups with clients and bankers.
