About Us:

We are the school seeking a qualified and experienced Montessori-trained teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Montessori method and philosophy, as well as excellent teaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver Montessori-based lessons to students aged [age range]

- Create a prepared environment that promotes independent learning and exploration

- Observe and assess student progress, providing individualized support and guidance

- Develop and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans

- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress and involve them in the learning process

Requirements:

- Montessori certification (AMI or AMS) or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

- Proven experience in teaching Montessori-based curriculum

- Excellent teaching and communication skills

- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Certifications:

- Valid Montessori certification

- First aid and CPR certification (desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
