Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori-trained teachers to join our team. If you're enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to fostering a love of learning, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

Implement Montessori principles and curriculum to guide children's development.

Observe and assess children's progress, providing individualized attention and support.

Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.

Encourage creativity, independence, and respect among children.

Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline.

Montessori certification from a recognized training institute.

Previous experience working with young children (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for education.
