Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Montessori-trained Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young minds. We are opening a new school (prakruthi school) so you will play a key role in establishing school culture.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Prepare and implement developmentally appropriate Montessori curriculum and lesson plans and incorporate other learning activities that align with the Montessori philosophy
• Observe and assess children's development, identify individual needs and interests, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress and needs, and provide guidance on how to support their child's learning at home
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress, attendance, and other important information
• Knowledge of child development theories and early childhood education practices
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children

Experience required: Min 2 to max 15 years

Graduation : Minimum 12th Pass, with good Montessori teaching experience.

Special Course : Montessori preprimary Teacher training certified from Ami or imtc preferably

Languages Known : English, Telugu or any other local Indian language

Office Timing: 9:00am to 4:00pm
