Montessori Teacher

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Maria Montessori's philosophy and methodology, and will be committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the Montessori philosophy and curriculum in the classroom.
• Creating a prepared environment that is orderly, clean, and inviting.
• Observing children to understand their interests and individual learning styles.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children and families.
• Planning and conducting age-appropriate activities to promote intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth.
• Providing individualized guidance and support to each child.
• Assessing children's progress and preparing progress reports.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
