Job Title: Montessori Teacher
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Pune
Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a Montessori classroom preferred.
Requirements:
• Create a nurturing and stimulating educational environment
• Understanding of Montessori methods (Phonics), excellent communication, organizational skills, and a passion for working with children.
• Fostering children's academic, social, and emotional growth using Montessori principles.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Curriculum Implementation:
• Develop and implement the Montessori curriculum.
• Maintain an engaging classroom with Montessori materials.
• Observe and assess each child's progress.
2) Classroom Management:
• Promote a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Address individual student needs with patience and understanding.
3) Parent and Teacher Engagement:
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.
4) Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Assist in planning school events.
• Ensure compliance with school policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
