Overview:

As a Montessori teacher your work includes creating an educational environment that fosters children's independence, natural curiosity, and love of learning.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

Arrange learning materials and resources that are appropriate for the developmental stages of the students.

Present lessons and activities in a way that is consistent with Montessori principles, encouraging self-directed learning.

Observe students to understand their needs, interests, and progress, and tailor lessons accordingly.

Provide individual and small group instruction based on student needs.

Maintain detailed records of each student's progress.

Conduct regular assessments to monitor student development and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Attend parent-teacher meet and communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.

Participate in school events, open houses, and other activities that promote the Montessori philosophy.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education or related field.

Previous experience working with children, preferably in a Montessori setting.

Understanding of child development and Montessori educational philosophy.

Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Personal Attributes: Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
