Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Montessori Method and a strong commitment to fostering a positive and enriching learning environment for young children. The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging classroom environment that promotes the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of each child.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and Implement Curriculum: Develop and implement a Montessori curriculum that meets the developmental needs of each child.
• Create a Prepared Environment: Design a classroom environment that is clean, safe, and conducive to learning, with materials that are organized and accessible to children.
• Individualized Instruction: Provide individualized and small group instruction to support the unique learning styles and needs of each child.
• Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Classroom Management: Foster a calm, respectful, and focused classroom atmosphere that encourages independence and self-discipline.
• Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Professional Development: Stay current with Montessori best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Montessori certification from an accredited Montessori training program.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting preferred.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
