Dear Candidates,
We are hiring for a Montessori Teacher.
Location: Across all the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery
• Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities that align with the Montessori philosophy and curriculum guidelines.
• Create hands-on learning experiences and prepare Montessori materials to support the learning objectives of each child.
• Child Development and Observation
• Observe and assess each child's development and progress to tailor instruction and activities that meet their individual needs and learning pace.
• Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports to parents/guardians during scheduled meetings.
• Classroom Environment
• Set up and maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating Montessori classroom environment conducive to independent learning and self-motivation.
• Encourage students to develop their social, emotional, and academic skills through activities and interactions within a respectful and inclusive setting.
• Guidance and Support
• Offer personalized guidance and support to each child, promoting their social and emotional development.
• Foster independence by encouraging children to take on challenges and make decisions within a supportive framework.

Education qualification" Diploma is Montessori (preferably IMTC)

• Proven experience in a Montessori setting or early childhood education
• Strong understanding of child development principles and Montessori pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
