Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher to join our team at NPS Jakkur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, guiding their educational and emotional development according to Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement Montessori-based curriculum and activities.
• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess students' progress and development.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth.
• Maintain records of student progress and development.
• Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom community.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Teaching Certification (AMI or AMS preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Previous experience as a Montessori Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and promoting their growth.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Montessori principles and methods.
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
• Strong observational and assessment skills.
• Effective classroom management techniques.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
