: Montessori Teacher for 20-Month-Old (In-Home)Position: Montessori Teacher (20-Month-Old Child)

Location: [Guntur, Andhra Pradesh]

Type: Part-time (3 hours per day, in-home)Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Montessori teacher to provide in-home guidance for our 20-month-old daughter for 3 hours per day. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Montessori principles and adept at creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that fosters our child's natural curiosity, independence, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Home Prepared Environment: Create and maintain an engaging, child-friendly environment within our home that encourages exploration, independence, and learning.
• Individualized Learning: Observe and assess the child's development, providing tailored Montessori activities that promote her physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Practical Life Skills: Engage the child in hands-on, practical activities such as pouring, cleaning, and simple dressing tasks to foster fine motor skills, coordination, and independence.
• Encourage Self-Discovery: Support the child's natural desire to explore, make choices, and complete activities at her own pace, enhancing her confidence and independence.
• Model Positive Behavior: Demonstrate patience, calmness, and respectful communication, modeling the behavior we wish to instill in our child.
• Emotional Guidance: Help the child express and regulate her emotions in a safe and supportive environment, building her emotional resilience and social skills.
• Language Development: Engage the child in conversations, reading, and activities that promote language acquisition and communication skills.
• Regular Communication with Parents: Provide daily feedback and insights on the child's progress and development, collaborating with parents to ensure alignment with developmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Montessori certification (AMI/AMS) or significant experience in early childhood Montessori education.
• At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers (experience with children under 2 is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of toddler development, particularly in the 18-24 month range.
• Ability to create a safe, enriching, and engaging learning environment at home.
• Patience, flexibility, and excellent observational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with parents.Desired Traits: o A genuine passion for early childhood education.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
