Kangaroo Kids International Preschool Opening for Montessori Teachers for an International preschool. : We are searching for a reliable, trustworthy, and innovative Montessori teacher to join our excellent school. The Montessori teacher\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include creating lesson plans and curricula focused on developing social, physical, intellectual, and emotional skills, assessing children\xe2\x80\x99s individual needs, and communicating with parents as required. You should be able to create a nurturing, stimulating classroom where every child feels included. \xc3\x98 Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment. \xc3\x98 Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child. \xc3\x98 Creating and maintain a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued. \xc3\x98 Monitoring and assessing children progress and writing up reports. \xc3\x98 Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in working condition. \xc3\x98 Updating records on the school database and handling various other administrative tasks. \xc3\x98 Participating in school activities and accompanying students on field trips. Qualification: \xc3\x98 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in early childhood teaching, education, or a related discipline is recommended. \xc3\x98 Completed training at an accredited Montessori Center. \xc3\x98 Additional courses or training in education would be advantage. \xc3\x98 An ability to teach group of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities. \xc3\x98 Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills. \xc3\x98 Excellent planning and organizational skills.
