Job Title: Montessori Assistant Teacher
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a welcoming classroom environment, facilitating children's learning experiences, and upholding Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons and activities.
• Support children in their learning and exploration, fostering independence and curiosity.
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a tidy, organized learning environment.
• Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher.
• Promote a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (Montessori training is a plus).
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a Montessori setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: ?10,615.01 - ?33,083.16 per month
