Job Title - Sales EngineerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: PuneExperience: Experience 1 to 2 yearSalary -2.25 to 4 Lacs.Job description: We Monk Automation Private Limited are manufacturer of automation control panels and channel partner of Schneider Electric leading brands in automation products,We have urgent requirement for Sales Engineer.Skills:- 1-2 YEARS Experience of a Sale Engineer's role in the automation industry- Generating own sales leads. Doing cold call to client.- Negotiating with customer.- Application of Industrial Automation products and Panels Projects.ROLES AND Responsibilities:- Generating sales leads through building up professional contacts and networking.- Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.- Demonstrating products, services and solutions to potential clients.- Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them.- Preparing and presenting potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients.- Negotiating Offers, payment terms and delivery.- Prepare report for attending sales review meeting on regular period.- Achieving Payment collection target. Responsible for increasing the market cover of the company and awareness about the product.- Developed strategies and initiated several ideas for manufacturing technological products.- Prepared tenders, and proposals documents.- Making daily, weekly and monthly reports.- Maintain documents as per ISO .- Maintain documents as per KPI .Background:- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Pune in Automation / Electrical Panel Industry BE/BTech Engineering - Electrical, Electronics or instrumentation engineer,Electrical and Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Robotics& Automation- Background in acquisition of small to large order, estimation and offer preparation- Strong customer people management skill across a range of skills and experiences with customers.- Demonstrate excellent customer focus together with good networking skills and vendor management.- Strategic thinker with good results orientation and the ability to make an impact and influence change- Experience in, PLC, Drives, switchgear, MCC, PCC, SCADA, Control Panel estimation- Has good decision-making capabilityBond: 2 Lacs of amount for 3 Years is mandatory.
