JD for Application Monitoring SME

This profile looks for candidates having good experience in application monitoring platform. Candidate will be responsible for Implementation, consultation, management of APM platform. The candidate should have below skills and expertise.



• Demonstrable experience on managing APM project.
• Very good experience in the implementation, deployment, and integration of various APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace.
• Agent installation, configuration, custom dashboards, policy, and rule creation etc. and related troubleshooting
• Understand the business needs in terms of SLO, SLI and translate them into APM solution.
• Analyze performance data collected by AppDynamics or Dynatrace to identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis on outages, and preemptively alert for potential problems.
• Abilit to develop custom queries and metrics to enhance visibility into key problem areas in customer environments.
• Experience in creating custom unified dashboards.
• Expertise to integrate APM solutions with as well as ITSM solutions.
• Deep knowledge on Event management, AIOps and observability configurations
• Assist customer in adopting and getting maximum ROI from APM platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL foundations
• Working knowledge of java and shell scripting.
• Good experience in development of integration scripts/programs using SOAP/REST Webservices.
• Good to have experience integrating with Cloud Services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with our business, product, and development teams, skills and ability to articulate business benefit of a technology solution.
• Ability to think strategically, as well as tactically, and to exercise sound judgment in problem-solving and priority/goal setting.
• Self-motivated individual, able to work independently and in coordination with a team.
Brings can-do attitude and energy to the team.
