Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Module & String Rework Operator. The Module & String Rework Operator will be responsible for performing module and string rework, handling sorting and rework of cell strips and strings. As a result, the candidate is expected to have good dexterity and hand-eye coordination and be able to perform visual inspection work to identify defects or quality issues during rework. They should also possess the ability to work under minimal supervision, willing to work in shifts and be agile to respond to the discussed needs. Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Handheld and Power tools, and soldering of electronic components
- Experience in module assembly and quality control inspection within standard operating procedures
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to meet dynamic business needs while delivering quality work on time
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Strong work ethic, highly detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Willingness to learn and follow safety precautions while adhering to all company policies and practice
