• Design and implement high-quality scalable and robust technical solutions across all layers of Application development, including APIs, application logic, performance, reliability, persistence, tests, CI/CD, and IaC.

• Set the end-to-end technical direction for the team, including platform, technology, tools, and infrastructure.

• Communicate architecture in an effective and professional manner.

• Drive technical decisions, solve tough problems, and coordinate multiple project execution.

• Ensure that the Development coding quality standards and review processes are followed to ensure. proper security and high availability standards.

• Monitoring the quality of code that is delivered by your team through reviews and other processes. Foster a strong team work environment and create passion and energy within the team.

• Be an active participant in the development leadership team ensuring corporate success.

• Represents self and department with professionalism and competence.

• Follow the company Code of Ethics and policies and procedures at all times

• Overall responsibility for the platform architecture, establishing well architected and designed solutions. Working with several scrum teams and actively involved in the design of multiple features in parallel. Mentor and develop architects, engineers and Involvement in hiring great engineers.

• Excellent knowledge of Core Java, Spring MVC & Spring Boot, Restful API, SOAP and Database

• Additional knowledge of Java internals, Golang, Kafka, plus.

• Experience in developing, optimizing and operating high traffic projects/websites is a plus.

• Experience in using Java Profilers and performance engineering.

• Experience in writing multithreaded web applications.

• Good knowledge of basic Linux commands to debug system issues and limitations a must.

• Experience in Agile/SCRUM is a big plus

• Experience in hibernate and spring MVC framework is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple modules simultaneously

• Ability to work under pressure & deal with people diplomatically

• Should have experience of leading a team & a strong motivator

• Strong academic record is a big plus.
