Job Summary: The Modular Kitchen Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of modular kitchen products. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales process from consultation to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
• Keep records of daily activities, visits, and client interactions. Provide accurate information for reporting purposes.
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
• To identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
• Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and project scope. Gather insights for tailored product recommendations.
• Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
• Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration.
Required Candidate profile
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
• 2+ years' prior experience in business development / relationship management, Strong communication and leadership skills, Strong execution orientation - needs to be able to get things done, and fast, Ideal candidate should be proactive.
• Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales techniques
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
• Hands-on problem solving aptitude, with ability to conceptualize the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs.
• Prepare database of customers with proper contact We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team.
