Job Description

Job Summary: The Modular Kitchen Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of modular kitchen products. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales process from consultation to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Track client interactions, preferences, and requirements over the CRM. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Store Visits: Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the store. Address their inquiries and guide them through product offerings.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and participate in meetings with potential clients. Present products or services to clients effectively.
• Follow Ups : Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships. Provide timely information and address queries.
• Preparing MOM: Document minutes of meetings for accurate record-keeping. Ensure all discussions and agreements are captured.
• Reporting: Prepare reports detailing sales activities and progress. Provide insights into sales performance and trends.
• Follow Up on Existing Leads for Closure: Maintain consistent communication to move leads towards closure. Address any concerns and facilitate decision-making.
• Sales Target: Work proactively to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Utilize strategies to boost sales performance.
• Documentation: Keep records of daily activities, visits, and client interactions. Provide accurate information for reporting purposes.
• Understanding Client Requirements: Engage with clients to gather their specific requirements. Liaise with the design team to ensure smooth transition and understanding of client needs. Coordinate efforts with the design team to provide holistic solutions. Share client insights for effective design proposals.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess client needs and project scope. Gather insights for tailored product recommendations.
• Company Offerings: Stay updated on the company's products, services, and promotions. Utilize this information to attract potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
