Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Product Manager

with a deep understanding of the

Modular Kitchen industry

. The ideal candidate will drive the development, improvement, and market fit of modular kitchen products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, design trends, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end

product lifecycle

from concept to launch for modular kitchen solutions. Work closely with

design, engineering, sales, and marketing

teams to ensure product excellence. Conduct in-depth

market research

, competitor benchmarking, and customer interviews to identify trends and opportunities. Define

product strategy, roadmap, and specifications

based on user needs and market insights. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure

material quality, cost efficiency

, and innovation. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve offerings. Ensure compliance with

industry standards

, ergonomics, safety, and sustainability regulations. Support sales & business development teams with

technical product knowledge

and training.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with brands like

Hafele, Hettich, Blum

, etc. Exposure to

D2C platforms, interior tech, or smart kitchen products

. Data-driven decision-making and a proactive innovation mindset.
