Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement the sales plan for modern trade channels to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and onboard key accounts like Reliance Retail, Big Bazaar, and other top retailers.
• Ensure the successful launch and placement of company products in 10+ modern trade outlets in the Delhi-NCR region.
2. Retail Relationship Management
• Build and nurture relationships with category managers and decision-makers at modern trade chains.
• Negotiate terms of trade, including margins, product placement fees, and promotional budgets.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment schedules, and merchandising compliance at partner stores.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all modern trade outlets.
• Analyze store-level data to identify trends, optimize SKU performance, and improve conversion rates.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to the leadership team.
4. Team Leadership and Coordination
• Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and store operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to execute promotions, ensure timely stock delivery, and implement in-store activations.
5. Market Intelligence and Growth
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the beauty and wellness segment.
• Identify new retail opportunities to expand the brand's footprint in modern trade.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
Experience :
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years managing modern trade channels in the FMCG/beauty/personal care industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in modern trade.
Key Skills :
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Delhi-NCR retail landscape is a plus.
Tools and Software :
• Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.

Pay: ?55,741.59 - ?75,846.80 per month
