The Technical Services Support role helps to manage day-to-day development tasks to ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, and work priority. Technical Services Support will also have development responsibility.DISCOVER your opportunity
What will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Ensure application changes are completed on time, to a target level of quality.\xc2\xb7 Timely and accurate completion of Software Development Lifecycle deliverables in a manner that is auditable, testable, and maintainable.\xc2\xb7 Ensure implementation is consistent with solution design and business specifications.\xc2\xb7 Perform deliverable reviews and manage measurement of deliverable quality.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical SME assistance for a given application.\xc2\xb7 Completes technical work with other developers.\xc2\xb7 Assists to maintain development standards for design, coding, etc.\xc2\xb7 May perform Application Developer duties.\xc2\xb7 May perform design activities in collaboration with the Technical Architect.\xc2\xb7 Assists in removing impediments to progress.\xc2\xb7 Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.You will report to the Manager of Model Support.QualificationsSHARE your talent
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable ability to solve complex problems/issues.\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills in the context of application development and the development team.\xc2\xb7 Thought leader in implementing best practices in software design and delivery.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working with small teams including resources in various locations.\xc2\xb7 Significant background in application development.\xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of the process of application testing.\xc2\xb7 Experience with service-oriented architecture, web services, and .Net.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Cloud operations and migration to Cloud components.\xc2\xb7 Experience with concepts in the strategic analytics (\xe2\x80\x9cbig data\xe2\x80\x9d) space is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Experience with multiple software delivery models (waterfall, Agile, etc.) is a plus.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
