Job Title: Model Coordinator/Scout

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Model Coordinator/Scout to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing a diverse portfolio of models. This role requires a keen eye for talent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities: • Talent Scouting: • Actively scout for new modeling talent in Jaipur and surrounding areas through various channels (e.g., social media, open calls, referrals). • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the local modeling community. • Attend castings, fashion shows, and other industry events to identify potential models. • Model Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with models in the agency's roster. • Provide guidance and support to models on their careers, including portfolio development, interview preparation, and etiquette. • Negotiate contracts and fees with clients on behalf of models. • Ensure models are prepared for bookings and that all logistical arrangements are in place. • Client Relations: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (e.g., photographers, designers, brands). • Understand client needs and effectively match models to specific projects. • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and models. • Marketing & Promotion: • Assist in the marketing and promotion of the agency and its models. • Maintain an updated online presence (e.g., website, social media) with high-quality model portfolios. • Administrative Duties: • Maintain accurate records of model bookings, contracts, and finances. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Model Coordinator/Scout or in a related role within the fashion industry (preferred). • Strong understanding of the modeling industry and current trends. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. • Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for talent. • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points: • Experience with social media marketing and content creation. • Knowledge of photography and videography. • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
