Responsibilities . Process and analyse data sets from bench/lab/vehicle testing using Matlab and Python Scripts. . Design and Develop Front End and Backend features for Web Application using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Python for eMotor Design Engineering workflows. . Collaborate with Cross-functional global teams to perform analysis on test data derived from Electric Motor Lab and databases. . Leverage software tools and techniques for automating and optimizing mechanical design processes and reduce performance assessment time. . Analyse and evaluate SPDM (Simulation Process Data Management) capabilities, tools, and methods for improving overall Design and Analysis process for eMotors . Maintain Configuration Management process for eMotor, its parameters, and input & output data sets. . Identification and Adoption of relevant Methods, Tools & Technology and champion continuous improvement and standardization initiatives . Mentor/Train new hires. . Apply models to customer projects and summarize results. . Present results internally and to Senior leaders. Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering 5 to 7 years of experience in eMotor Design Engineering & Validation. 3 to 5 years of coding experience with Python and Matlab Working knowledge eMotor Test Fixtures, Procedures and Configuration Foundational Experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Familiar with DevOps, Agile practices. Experience in configuration management tools. Knowledge of efficient data file archive / retrieval / storage tools and processes. PreferredExperience Master\'s Degree in Engineering or Science. Automotive Electric Vehicle-integration experience. Experience with Data Analysis, Processing, Statistical Methods and Bigdata Technologies. Working knowledge in System Link tool/framework is a plus. Experience with Numerical Computation methods and best practices. Familiarity in 2D or 3D electric design and dynamics/electromagnetics/thermal. Working knowledge with other simulation / modeling / analysis software (SimScape, GT Suite, Amesim, Ansys workbench, Motor-CAD, Mathcad, MASTA, MESYS, SPICE, Altair suite).
