Guard Road, Lakidikapool, Hyderabad - 500004, IndiaJob TitleMOD SalesRole Overview :Roles & Responsibilities :In his role hell be responsible for selling Otis products & services.Hell be a single point of contact for all the new & existing customers.His role is to find new business opportunities & customers from OE & NOE (Otis Equipment & Non Otis Equipment customers)Develop business relationship with the customers, negotiate prices, terms and conditions of the contract.He has to work closely with other team members of installation, service, HO marketing & zonal / regional finance teams for closing the contracts & customer satisfaction.Responsibility from Enquiry to Handover including CollectionsExcellent communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills with basic job need of tracking the sales funnel closing of contracts & contract monitoring.He has to be customer centric with good technical knowledge & negotiation skillsHe has to be self motivated & self driven.Cordinate with execution engineers & customers to do the necessary survey.On a typical day you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
  • Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
  • Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders
  • Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability
  • Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
  • Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
What you will need to be successful (adjust for local regulations)
  • You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or business administrator
  • You have initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results
  • You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
