Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Create a diverse menu of innovative and refreshing mocktails.
• Prepare and serve mocktails to guests, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to develop new drink recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Stay updated on beverage trends and ingredient innovations.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of mixology and flavor combinations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for creating unique non-alcoholic beverages.
