Roles and Responsibilities :- Plan, conduct, develop, and coordinate training programs for users and evaluate its effectiveness to increase proficiency.- Prepare training materials and develop instructional content.- Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the trainees- Coordinate training schedules, dates, and logistics as well as maintain all databases related to the training.- Troubleshooting of basic issues raised during trainings. Incase of complex matters guide Customers to reach support teams for resolution. - Design and develop new training by understanding the gaps.- Ability to handle client interactions and communicating the requirements to relevant internal teams- Understanding of the FMCG industry and Client's business model is preferred.Requirements :- Work experience in Software Product Training, Event management and/or demo and crowd management profiles. (at least one criteria must be full filled)- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) - English, Hindi, Punjabi or any other regional language would be added advantage- Comfortable to work in a high-pressure fast-growing start up environment- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and soft skills.- Willingness to travel frequently to meet the training schedules.
