Job Description

Urgent requirement We are looking for a chip-level mobile repair technician for all our stores. We have stores in Ameerpet, Kukatpally, A.S Rao Nagar. Mobile phone repair technician is responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with various types of mobile devices. They have knowledge of different mobile operating systems, hardware, and software. They possess expertise in repairing and replacing screens, batteries, buttons, cameras, and other components. They also ensure that the device functions properly after repair and provide customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair cell phone hardware and software issues
• Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices to ensure optimal performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cell phone technology and repair techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair options and timelines effectively
• Manage inventory of replacement parts and order new stock as needed
• Document all repairs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in repairing cell phones
• Knowledge of different types of cell phone models
• Familiarity with repair tools and equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various cell phone issues
• Good communication skills to interact with customers
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
