Roles and Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting
• Identify defects or malfunctions in mobile accessories such as chargers, earphones, batteries, Bluetooth devices, and more.
• Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues accurately.
• Repair and Maintenance
• Perform repairs such as soldering, component replacement, and wiring fixes.
• Test and calibrate accessories after repair to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct routine maintenance to enhance the lifespan of accessories.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure repaired accessories meet quality standards.
• Provide warranty service when applicable.
• Customer Interaction
• Discuss issues with customers and provide cost estimates for repairs.
• Offer advice on maintaining accessories to prevent future issues.
• Inventory and Tools Management
• Maintain and organize repair tools and spare parts.
• Keep track of inventory levels and order replacement parts when necessary.
• Technical Knowledge Update
• Stay updated with the latest mobile accessory technologies and repair techniques.
• Attend workshops or training sessions to enhance skills.
• Safety and Compliance
• Follow safety protocols during repairs.
• Dispose of damaged components in an eco-friendly manner.

Qualifications :

any diploma or related field experience
