:OverviewThe aim of the mobile senior developer role is to participate in Analysis, Prototyping, Developing, Unit testing and supporting complete secure software development lifecycle of mobile apps. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in developing mobile applications. Candidate will be expected to create & enhance enterprise application across mobile platforms, assess impacts on the existing systems as new modules/functions are added and ability to guide & co-ordinate visual designers in the right UX design for mobile platforms. Experience working in any one of the following business domain would be preferable: Superannuation, Shareholder registry systemsKey Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

• Responsibility to develop, quick to market, high quality IT solutions within an agile environment
• This will require full project exposure from start up to completion
• Extremely adaptable and quick to pick up new business concepts within a unique business environment
• Engage proactively with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members in the development of IT solutions
• Work within a team of developers assisting in:

• time estimates
• task allocations
• problem solving
• To strive for continuous improvement of both technical and business knowledge
• Provision of regular feedback, mentoring, coaching and assistance to the team\'s development needs
• To assist with the development of new team standards, methodologies and processes to increase both the quality and efficiency of the development work
• Ensure all assigned work is delivered within agreed timeframes and quality parameters, in accordance with stakeholder expectations
• Build productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders and other cross-functional team members
• Provide input to business processes in order to provide commercially sound solutions
• Generates innovative solutions to problems and seeks ways to improve business services and processes
• Understands the strategic objectives of MUFG and how IT Solutions will support the achievement of these

Experience & Personal Attributes

• 3--5 years of development experience across mobile platforms including Xamarin, Native Android & Native iOS. iOS skills are MUST.
• Understanding and knowledge of Google Material Design, Apple HIG, Xamarin Forms & can develop complex UI designs using AndroidX/Jetpack framework libraries, Storyboard & UIKit, XAML.
• Strong Object oriented programming skills with one of the programming languages, (Kotlin/Java/ Swift/.NET)
• Worked with RESTful APIs and experience in integrating them using Reactive programming pattern libraries like Retrofit and RxJava & RxAndroid or Kotlin Coroutines, AlamoFire, RXSwift, ReactiveSwift, RX.NET
• Advanced knowledge of using dependency managers like Cocoa-pods and/or Carthage, Nuget
• Signing/Packaging apps for build & deploy to GooglePlay/Testflight/Appstoreconnect using Gradle/MSBuild/ XCode.
• Strong debugging techniques on mobile platform.
• Advanced knowledge with Git.
• Appreciation for choosing between MVVM/MVP/MVC/Clean architecture for UI/presentation layer development
• CI/CD experience with Appcenter & Azure Devops
• Good communicator who can express thoughts both verbally and written
• Committed to sustainable development, testing and high-quality secure code by applying OWASP MSTG principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Any previous mobiles applications submitted to stores.
