Role

You will be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated. The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You\'ll also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience.

A purpose driven role for you

1. Review customer requirements, develop and implement EVS/GNSS/VOLD, Vehicle HAL, native and custom HAL development.
2. Develop, code, test and troubleshoot the system software
3. Analyze, monitor and improve efficiency, stability of the system
4. Interface with hardware design and development
5. To be a team player with good time-management skills.
6. To be interactive and good in communication.
7. Usage of GIT tools and knowledge in Configuration management.

A Day in the life

The primary focus will be to implement new user interfaces and features together with automated unit and integration tests.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech- Computer Engg. (preferred)

- 8-12 years in the relevant domain

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
2. Deep knowledge of Android/iOS platforms
3. Proficiency with writing automated tests {Unit, Espresso, Mocha, Jest, Enzyme, XCTest, etc.}
Android Porting/Upgrade.
4. Working on Android HAL layer and realizing various customer requirements on Android.
5. Exposure to Android CTS/VTS test development and fixing of CTS/VTS issues
6. Interface with Various Domains within Android Product Line to achieve Stability metrics.
7. Features and enhancements for customers.
8. Report status, issues and progress of the SW development to the SW project lead
9. Ensure the implementation of defined test strategies and document the achieved results
10. Development work experience on GNSS, camera , Aosp migration and software update
11. Understanding of BT/WiFi qualification process and work experience on PTS/WFA
12. Working Experience in Android AOSP/ Linux based infotainment and build environment
13. C, C++, Java programming experience GIT Usage
14. Proficiency in Kotlin/Java/Swift/Objective-C/JavaScript/C#
