Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned React Native professional to join our team. As a Senior React Native engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms that feel native in both looks and performance. Product development is a collaborative effort and a strong team player with commitment to excellence is required.

Skills:

- Strong Javascript knowledge

- Ability to convert designs into responsive layouts using React Native styling

- Understanding of state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, MobX etc

- Experience with essential React-native specific libraries like react-navigation, firebase etc.

- Ability to debug and performance tune using Android Studio, X-Code, Native et al

- Past experience with Native/Turbo Modules Integration with Java/Kotlin and Objective-C/Swift

- Debugging for JSC / Hermes

- Candidates with knowledge of Typescript, Animations, deployment procedures of App store / Play

Store will be an added advantage

- Prior experience with mentoring team

Challenges we have:

- Build a scalable mobile app for a large patient user base

- Build world's best patient journey (incl. health records management, appointment booking,

engagement, etc. ) from scratch to deliver precision health outcomes

- Integrate Online pharmacy for our doctors

- Build a highly available app tolerant to internet connectivity

- Contribute to a reusable modular UI components library

Your role:

- Architect scalable high-level and low-level design of mobile applications for our patient user base from ground up.

- Translate product requirements to pixel perfect and performant mobile app features.

- Setup and Champion best practices on mobile app development in terms of frameworks, libraries and tools to increase code quality, developer productivity and enhance consumer experience.

- Participate in process streamlining, POC development, Functional Estimation and Performance Tuning

- Stakeholder collaboration including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams for smooth product delivery.

- Adapt new open source libraries and projects which can help us improve overall application in terms of code quality, performance & maintainability etc.

Pay: ?2,500,000.00 - ?3,500,000.00 per year
