MOLEX is a Koch Industries company.The MES Application Analyst will be responsible for L2 MES support, and other shopfloor application support at multiple Molex Manufacturing sites. The MES Application Analyst will create value by maintaining all the M & O applications in valid state.What You Will Do

• Aligning to the Vision of team to provide quality End user support by understanding the SOP\'s defined & adhering by best practices.
• Provide or lead efforts to resolve complex & time critical L3 support incidents within the agreed SLA\'s.
• Provide guidance and support to users including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving any MES - Opcenter, APS issues.
• Performs comprehensive functionality tests of new packages and updated applications to latest versions & verify desired results are achieved. Evaluates results and coordinates to improve program performance, effectiveness with L4 team.
• Responsible for monitoring the health checks of all M&O applications.
• Escalate unresolved reporting Issues to L4 and the Support manager.
• Responsible for providing application support as required by manufacturing shop floor operations. This includes - installing new MES applications in new sites, Deploying the latest hotfixes packages to all MES applications, performing back up & support, resolve any issue\'s faced during deployment activities & liaising with L4 team to have a fix during issue resolution.
• Communicate configurations/ customizations to technical team.
• Responsible for providing functional, technical and data administrative services.
• Responsible for coordinating with application vendor and infrastructure team for issue resolution.
• Responsible for Process improvements/Automation of activities as per Team\'s priority.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 4+ years working with MES systems.
• 4+ years working Siemens Opcenter Execution Core (Camster), Advanced planning & scheduling tool (APS).
• 4+ years of application support experience.
• 2+ year working with Relational databases Python & SQL scripting.
• Add on to have experience in Ignition gateway configuration, modules & functionalities.
• Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding and experience of plant manufacturing processes.

What Will Put You Ahead

• MES APS(Advanced planning & scheduling) Application Expertise and Know-how: Configuration, Integration, analytics, scheduling, and reporting
• Tool Knowledge: Siemens MES opcenter,APS,Servicenow knowledge
• Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL server, Oracle, or others), and SQL
• Good understanding and experience of plant manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP(SAP) processes.
