  • Provide prompt and courteous customer support through chat platforms, assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Understand customer issues thoroughly and provide accurate solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in writing, ensuring customer satisfaction with timely responses.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution:
  • Address customer concerns regarding products, services, orders, or accounts, offering solutions based on established guidelines.
  • Research and escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels or management when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes, ensuring the customer is well-informed.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions through the CRM system or any other platform as required.
  • Update and close cases in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the solution provided and to maintain positive relationships.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while handling customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the quality of conversations and responses, ensuring they meet the companys standards for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics (such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate) to meet or exceed set targets.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to share knowledge and assist in solving complex queries.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve personal skills and enhance job performance.
  • Be receptive to feedback from supervisors and peers, adapting to changes in processes or workflows.
  • Shift Timings:
  • This role offers both full-time and part-time shifts to accommodate a variety of schedules, including flexible hours for individuals looking for work-life balance.
  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on the business needs.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
