: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Responsibilities:
• Perform laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Prepare specimens for examination, including labeling, centrifugation, and analysis.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and calibration.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
Qualifications:
• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology .
• MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an MLT in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and immunology.
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
