:MLOps Engineer:Job Title - MLOps Engineer (Machine Learning Development Environment, MLOps, Pachyderm)Location: Bangalore/Pune/Chennai /Mumbai/Kolkata/ Hyderabad:As an MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration and deployment of frameworks, tools and pipelines required for the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle in customer projects. You will apply MLOps technologies to operationalize AI solutions at scale, integrated with client\xe2\x80\x99s business processes and applications. You will be responsible for providing technical contribution and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of MLOps solutions designed to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 business needs and drive outcomes for the customers.Responsibilities:1.Infrastructure and Environment Management:\xc2\xb7 Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure for machine learning models and applications.\xc2\xb7 Ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production systems.2.Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating the deployment of machine learning models.\xc2\xb7 Implement version control and release management practices for machine learning assets.3.Model Deployment and Monitoring:\xc2\xb7 Deploy machine learning models to production environments and monitor their performance.\xc2\xb7 Implement monitoring solutions to detect and address issues related to model drift, data quality, and system health.4.Collaboration with Data Scientists and Engineers:\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with data scientists to understand model requirements and facilitate the transition of models from research to production.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into existing applications.5.Security and Compliance:\xc2\xb7 Implement security best practices for machine learning systems.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.6.Automation and Scripting:\xc2\xb7 Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline the MLOps processes.\xc2\xb7 Implement best practices for code and configuration management.7.Troubleshooting and Incident Response:\xc2\xb7 Provide support for troubleshooting issues related to machine learning models in production.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement incident response plans for machine learning systems.8.Documentation:\xc2\xb7 Maintain comprehensive documentation for MLOps processes, workflows, and configurations.Required Skills:\xc2\xb7 Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of data platforms and experience with data processing tools.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with machine learning platforms, frameworks, and tools.\xc2\xb7 Experience with MLOps platforms and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch,).\xc2\xb7 Understanding of AI infrastructure and deployment.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).\xc2\xb7 xperience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).\xc2\xb7 Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Total of 3-6 years of experience in managing machine learning projects end-to-end, with the last 18 months focused on MLOps.
