Job Role: MLEU Consulting- Back Office:Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation\xe2\x88\x99Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions, and contribute to overall delivery plan.\xe2\x88\x99Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation.\xe2\x88\x99Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves\xe2\x88\x99Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies - ability to configure delivery work stream frameworks to progress timelines and delivery milestones\xe2\x88\x99Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomesProfessional Qualifications and Skills\xe2\x88\x99BE BTech/Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in Ops/Finance/IT/Systems)\xe2\x88\x997 to 13 years of work experienceMust Have\xe2\x88\x99Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis - business process definition,requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD and user stories\xe2\x88\x99Majority of experience should be in business consulting in either of the following domains:oPhysical Trading/Commodities TradingoDerivatives/Capital MarketsoSupply Chain/Logistics/Freight TransportationPreferred Skillset for Back Office:\xe2\x88\x99Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, metals,concentrates)\xe2\x88\x99Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and specialization in front office functions of CommodityTrading landscape - deal capture, deal pricing, Hedging, PnL , Valuation, close of business,Derivatives, trade capture, commodity contracts, P&L, Hedging, Order Management\xe2\x88\x99Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and specialization in middle office functions of commodityTrading landscape - Middle Office (Logistics, physical delivery, inventory management,procurement, supply chain, Storage, transport, invoicing)
