Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Experience in Credit Card System solutioning. Work closely with Credit Cards system\xe2\x80\x99s Architecture Team and Credit Card Product team on solutioning and strategics.
Business
  • Delivery Credit Card System\xe2\x80\x99s project withing given budget and timeline.
Processes
  • Responsible to lead and deliver the given project withing agreed budget and timeline.
People & Talent
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their project team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
  • Responsibility to review project team structure/capacity plans.
  • Assist People Manager to growth the team in term of domain knowledge and technical skill set.
Risk Management
  • Responsibilities relating to identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group, as well as an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them.
  • Comply to Group Risk Management Guideline
Governance
  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

  • Education : Degree in Computing, Computer Science or Information Technology.

  • Mainframe Cobol (knowledge and able to code in both batch Cobol and online CICS Cobol)
  • Mainframe JCL and VSAM
