We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models to address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machine learning, a strong programming skillset, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for applying machine learning solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to address specific business problems.
- Conduct data analysis, preprocess data, and perform feature engineering to optimize model performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and incorporate new techniques into existing projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on models, and ensure successful implementation.
- Document code, methodologies, and results thoroughly to facilitate knowledge sharing and project continuity.
- Travel to client sites for on-site visits, as needed, to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Excellent understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing domain is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
