About the role

Location: Gurgaon


Travel: 50%


Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager




The role will require someone to Establish DaVinci Gourmet and other branded beverages in the HORECA segment for North region mainly Delhi NCR market.




Key responsibilities
------------------------



• Presentations and tasting sessions for HORECA/Cafe customers.
• Assisting customer on beverage menu's - Recipe, costing, training staff etc.
• Developing new innovative recipes using Beverage range.
• Maintaining customer data base and build strong relationship with them.
• Staff training of the accounts where product is introduced. Time to time staff training & update on the new recipes developed by us.
• Collate feedback from HORECA customers on the product demonstrations conducted every month, Demo reports formats.
• Ensure adherence and scheduled demonstration completion organized by the sales team.
Qualifications and skills

• 5+ years of experience in beverages - mixology/barista/bartender.
• Understanding of using/application of syrups/smoothies/sauces and other dry blended products.
• Presentation skills - Power point and basic knowledge of excel.
• Understanding customer requirements & market trends across HORECA.
• Preferably Hotel Management.
• Should have worked in Hospitality industry i.e. F&B.
• Excellent multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment & support building of processes & systems.
• Focus on HORECA.
• Self-Motivated along with Integrity & Honesty.
• Committed and passionate towards Food & Beverages.
