What you'll be doing:



• Ensure all safety aspects in Mixer Area & good knowledge in safety like LOTOTO, Take 5, risk assessment.
• Ensure to follow start-up checklist & ready for start.
• Responsible for the smooth mixer Operation.
• Monitor all RM & additive as per set point & PV.
• Both side angle formation knowledge & troubleshot
• Insure slurry parameter as per specified limits.
• Coordination with Paper operator & mixer -2.
• Good understanding in Mixer maintenance like change the Mixer screen, Scraper & general maintenance.
• Ensure the board quality parameter like dry weight, wet wight, angle, taper width
• Good understanding to change the product recipe online & offline during product.
• Good understanding of all additive dosing quantity, additive behavior & objective of using the additive.
• Capable to change the Back logo & side printing as per requirement.
• Ensure to follow product changeover producer.
• Responsible for Autonomous Maintenance in mixer area.
• Good understanding of ELS process parameter & ELS machine roller gap, Adjustment.
• Paper scooring machine, scoring blade, scooring spacer selection as per thickness requirement.
• Every shift end completes the Data entry in SFC/ QP/BDE.
• Stucco crystal water
• Stucco free water
• Understands the relationship between these results and what is the specification
• Able to adjust operational set points to deliver high quality of the products.
• Check and ensure all Quality parameters are in acceptable range every hour and inform Shift leader & QC team for any out of tolerance results and act accordingly.
• After every start up when the line is stable, maintain the area clean and keep all tools in designed place.
• Adjusting throughput to ensure you can meet board demand
• Ensure to keep his/her workplace clean, maintain & follow 5S, Continuous improvement, K-Values culture and / or any such improvement plans as decided by the company.

• Minimum Qualification ITI or Diploma in Technical expertise.
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Average skills in MS Office
• Organizational abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
• Maintain good communication with the other operators, shift leader, QC
• Record & ensure operational and production data on specific forms.
• Transfer all information to next operator.
