Essential Qualifications:


• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of coaching experience in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), with a proven track record of training athletes or enthusiasts in various disciplines such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Wrestling.
• Certification: Certified MMA coach by a recognized Indian or international sports body (e.g., AIFF, NSNIS, or similar).
• Physical Fitness: Excellent physical fitness level to demonstrate techniques and participate in training sessions.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in Hindi and/or English for effective communication with students of different backgrounds.
• First Aid: Basic first aid certification and knowledge of sports injury prevention and management.


Desired Qualifications:


• Competition Experience: Prior experience as a competitor in regional, national, or international MMA events.
• Specialization: Additional expertise in yoga, strength and conditioning, or sports nutrition.
• Cultural Awareness: Understanding of traditional Indian martial arts like Kalaripayattu, and how they can be integrated with MMA training.
• Local Networking: Established connections with local gyms, schools, or sports academies for potential collaborations.
• Adaptability: Ability to tailor training programs for different age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
