Position Title: Missionary Sales Representative
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma with any stream
Experience: 6 Months -1 yrs
Location: Guwahati, Asansol, Jammu, Jodhpur, Gwalior, Belgavi/Hubli, Kanpur, Coimbatore/Trichy/Madurai, Trichur/Cochin, Purnea, Jabalpur/Satna, Nagpur, Visakhapatnam / Vijaywada, Surat, Indore
Job Purpose:
(Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organisation's point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization). Responsible for identifying new clients in the Replacement market, performance through Company's Core Product Branding, Channel Sales Management, Customer Visit and product promotional campaign, Customer Complaint Management and Establishing relationship for sustained business with the existing Dealers and Clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Business Development in the Replacement Market, Target and achieving sales Target.
  • Promotional campaigns at pre-identified locations.
  • Generate secondary orders for NRB channel partners.
  • Tracking Dealers performance and ensuring Region performance parameters are meeting the target.
  • Providing regular feedback to Team Members on their Performance and motivating, Controlling and Guiding them, Implementation of Service process /policies in line with business vision
  • Managing relationship with key Customers on the service area (Key Customers include: replacement dealers, Sales Team., Service Team and Customers)
  • Handling Aftermarket Channel Sales of automotive bearings dealers in respective area.
  • Responsible for achieving Sales target & collections across zones
  • Devise Scheme and implement as per requirement to increase the market share in each product group
  • Strategies Dealer Network Expansion; appointing new dealers in untapped markets
  • Increasing retailer network of existing dealers
  • Improving brand visibility and demand generation by planning & executing BTL activities
  • Promotional campaigns like - Road shows, mechanic meets, retailer meets as per requirements
  • New Product launches in the market; Liaisoning with other departments for new product introduction as per requirements
  • Customer Relationship Management & Customer Satisfaction Level Improvement.
Key Skills: Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and develop dealer networks
  • Experience in channel sales and customer relationship management
  • Proactive in sales target achievement and problem-solving
