Swain Aluminium Private Limited is looking for a MIS Trainee to assist with data management, report generation, and system maintenance. This role will provide hands-on experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) , supporting the team with data entry, report analysis, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Management : Assist in entering and organizing data for the MIS system.
• Report Generation : Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc business reports.
• System Support : Help maintain and troubleshoot MIS software and systems.
• Collaboration : Work with various departments to provide data insights and reports.
• Learning : Participate in on-the-job training to improve skills in MIS tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education : Minimum high school diploma; preference for degrees in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), basic understanding of MIS, and good analytical skills.
• Experience : No prior experience required, but internships in IT or data-related fields are a plus.
• Traits : Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
