Key Responsibilities:
• Driver Management: Oversee the performance and behavior of a team of drivers. Ensure they follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Billing & Invoicing: Accurately manage the billing process related to drivers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered.
• Salary Compliance: Monitor and ensure that drivers' salaries, incentives, and reimbursements are processed correctly, and in compliance with company policies.
• Payroll Assistance: Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate salary disbursement, handling discrepancies or queries.
• Training & Support: Provide ongoing support and training to drivers to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Schedule Management: Coordinate driver schedules to ensure timely delivery of services while minimizing downtime.
• Reports & Analytics: Prepare and maintain reports related to driver performance, billing, and salary data. Provide insights to management using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any driver-related issues, including complaints, accidents, or service delays.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that drivers adhere to safety standards and regulations while on the road. Conduct periodic audits and inspections of vehicles and driving practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of driver licenses, insurance, and other necessary documentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a driver supervision or fleet management role.
• Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data management functions.
• Billing & Salary Management: Experience in managing billing cycles, payroll, and salary compliance for drivers.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of drivers.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing payroll, billing, and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with drivers, management, and other teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or issues related to drivers, billing, or operational challenges.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage driver schedules efficiently.
