Job Title: Sales Coordinator & MIS Report Generator Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad Shift: Daytime | Working Hours: 9 hours (including 45-minute lunch break)

Job Overview

: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator & MIS Report Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing data, and generating insightful reports using Excel and other analytical tools. This role requires strong coordination skills, proficiency in advanced Excel, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and coordination. Generate and maintain MIS reports in Excel, including sales performance, inventory, and business analytics. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and reports. Ensure seamless communication between the sales team and other departments. Prepare presentations and sales reports as required. Work with Power BI or other analytical tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Visualization, etc.). Prior experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
