Job title: MIS Inventory Assistant

" •Key Responsibilities Area •

Maintain and update inventory databases regularly to reflect accurate stock levels.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant teams to reorder stock as needed.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using MIS tools and Excel.

Track and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely stock replenishments.

Conduct regular stock audits and assist with inventory counts.

Analyse inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with inventory management processes and guidelines.

Support the implementation of new inventory management systems and technologies.

•Requirements: •

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in an MIS role.

Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•Preferred Qualifications: •

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience in retail or a similar industry.

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
