MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to manage and maintain the company's Management Information Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making across departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of business-critical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments to generate reports. Develop and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and trend analysis reports. Automate regular reporting processes to improve efficiency. Identify data discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Support management with data-driven insights for strategic planning. Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and sales teams to streamline data flows. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Generate ad-hoc reports based on business needs. Assist in the development and implementation of new reporting systems and tools. Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in

Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)

and data visualization tools like

Power BI

or

Tableau

. Strong understanding of databases and query languages (SQL knowledge preferred). Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role
