Experience Required- 3-6 years in Operations and MIS handling Skills required- MS Office specifically excel, Excellent Oral and written Communication skill Roles and Responsibilities-
- Maintenance of overall MIS for the operations under Microfinance BC partnership
- Preparing and sharing various reports with different departments
- Coordination between operations team and business team for daily operational activities
- Analysis of MIS and sharing of key findings with different departments
- Reconciliation of data and ensuring of payments of invoices
- Monitoring of delinquency in portfolio
- Facilitating reconciliation activity in coordination with Operations team and BC client
- Interaction with BC clients for regular data requirement
