Data Manager cum MIS Specialist

Join our team as a results-oriented Data Manager cum MIS Specialist and play a key role in optimizing our technology infrastructure and ensuring its alignment with business goals!

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement effective MIS solutions using advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and advanced Excel functions to meet departmental needs and support strategic objectives.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and database management.
• Very proficient in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement within IT systems.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Oversee data security measures and ensure system integrity is protected.
• Develop and implement strategies for data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness.
• Generate comprehensive MIS reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a related MIS or IT support role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
